/ O h1 [* n3 MPolice went to 621 Kipps Lane shortly before 6 p.m. after receiving a 911 call that a man had fallen from an upper apartment." m+ o' `+ ^4 |( n( g
"They found a male on the ground with injuries consistent with a fall," said Const. Charlene Humble, a police spokesperson.
5 L% _$ P/ h- P8 P9 x7 ?Paramedics took the man to hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
& O& A' g* D& V/ C& IUpon entering the unit where police believe the man fell from, officers discovered the body of a female inside the apartment.0 l7 P0 v4 A; L9 g
On Tuesday morning an officer was stationed outside of unit 1005 on the 10th floor of the highrise owned by Medallion Corp.
) Q4 l! F$ m& h6 d, Y8 `' ^+ e7 EPolice did not confirm the cause of death or the identity of the male or female, but said it is believed the two knew each other.) t# k' O, N, ~# t$ h2 q0 w
"At this point the coroner has been notified and autopsies are going to be completed," Humble said. |
