walking distance to all kinds of foods: starbucks,subway, pizza, chinese, korean and shwarma..etc, a Valumart as well.

Ivey kids usually choose to do projects around this place as this is really comfy and convenient. I found this place myself and was gonna live here for another year. But i have to stay in toronto for work starting sept so I am actually subletting it out. Honestly, a good choice for anyone going to western or go to work in London. i personally like it a lot.

lots of students living around the neighborhood so no concern for safety either.

First month 300 the rests are 550 and price are negotiable (includes utilities)

if you are a clean and nice person and would like to find a lovely place for next year. this place is definitely for you.

picture was taken before it filled with furniture. simple/essential furniture included. parking available at the back. This house is regularly maintained by the London property court.
