Job Description
$ R) T  ]! h" j1 g; fThe Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

1 X2 u3 u$ o( O9 {, e/ qJob Responsibilities:
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping.
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
7 p6 w) a0 Q& X! Z0 K; U( i  Q- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk
- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
- Maintain daily production records.
- Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.

Qualifications:
+ F9 q4 S% x( S" r# W$ W* _/ o- Effective English communication skills
5 g: e: ]5 s# S; i- Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
8 A- Y2 S- ~5 r& X/ L1 m+ {- Likes dealing with people
- Ability to work in a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Wage:

$13 per hour + car allowance ( if applicable)
