168 Consulting 4 M1 w- O  }1 G8 m5 v 公司：Plan International Canada * w; ]$ F# L+ P  z* i& O% P职位：Junior Accountant 2 v% c1 F" {* C/ Y 工作内容： - Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base 9 X0 V2 o! b  ~  c- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports / e4 m9 l$ N/ j- v0 z1 g- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies & y8 v) S0 _$ O- Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders 7 V6 y* D7 D7 o& r% R( ^! y7 G/ t- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely - Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger - Other duties as assigned 7 ?/ E2 y, s/ X!
