工作内容：
' z+ ?& E9 j4 j( o( n- Proactively seek opportunities to engage in customer focused home financing conversations, with a goal of bringing new customers to BMO
) U- T  Y. m1 q* K  R9 v- Establish and enhance BMO’s presence in the community
- Identify leading-edge tactics to generate leads and build a pipeline of mortgage business
" Y" ]9 J6 n7 {" n( Y8 ^0 S( T& H- Proactively contact realtors/referral sources identified through the creation of national partnerships and/or create local partnerships
- Receive dedicated coaching, leadership support and a lending coach
* O" e7 K4 `" V/ }# @4 f: ~# g- A9 ?- Receive credit approval team and credit escalation team support
/ U0 {; q$ a  y- Have access to marketing, sales and social media support
