1. Eat well including increasing fiber in your diet 4 x: f0 H4 b6 P, y* ^5 p6 p
2. Drink well including plenty of fluids6 Q; [& _" }" {; N6 B% g. J
3. Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week

5. Use toilet regularly such as in the morning after a plenty of drink and after meals - BM training- ?8 J. f7 z( ~+ A' q3 {. T

If the steps do not work for you, and you do not have BMs for three to four days depending on individuals difference, you need to go see doctor without delay. |
