The Sushi Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the on-site kiosk including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience. ; g) i2 L0 q" p0 N0 _

Job Responsibilities: + z m0 i! N q5 E- j9 N2 ]
- Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling and date stamping. / B* J( _0 d' o
- Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered. - [1 v6 h* I! k+ F
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

% r* U' d/ A# m: _* f- Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.

Qualifications:
