· Analyze software requirements to create test strategies and test plans

· Develop test cases and automate test cases where applicable

· Develop core features with the rest of the team

· Ensure code quality is in a state of constant improvement

· Ensure team is developing with quality as an overriding goal

· Organize and facilitate demos and test sessions

· Help the team deliver software faster, safer and with high standards

· Present quality and test updates to management
