·      Assisting engagement leads in executing engagements as a team member, by providing guidance in the planning stage; or directly participating in the engagements.

·      Completing assigned engagements or sections of engagements within time budgets and target dates, and in accordance with the IIA Standards, as well as policies, processes, procedures and quality standards of the Internal Audit department.

·      Performing reviews of work performed by other staff members in accordance with the department’s quality assurance and improvement program.

·      Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with management, executives and other key stakeholders of CWB Financial Group's corporate and subsidiary operations.
