工作内容

• ·         Model Performance Assessment – Run the calibration processes for market and credit risk models, and perform analysis on the appropriateness of inputs and outputs. Analyze back-testing results for market and credit risk models to assess model performance, and propose tools and reports to enhance the analysis and make it more efficient. Identify, measure and monitor risks that are not adequately captured in risk models and work with other groups to propose solutions to address them.
• ·         Controls Framework – Constantly review and enhance existing processes/controls via streamlining, simplification and automation. Propose new controls for model monitoring where needed. Documentation and Governance – Work on improving the documentation of models and controls ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
