工作内容：
6 D0 }! _; ^" ` D0 N- Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base! s e' \; K7 a/ k
- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports, G/ ], @8 b% G4 b& a
- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies
4 o6 [$ \5 F: _( h0 o. P- Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders 6 ?: M4 ~) C" x$ O% Y$ ]
- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely; P2 \ |4 c& S8 d
- Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger& c" n' A1 G3 `$ Q
