- Ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
& r1 j2 l* s: t/ s2 r" k; U- Create test plans and ensure quality assurance (QA) procedures are implemented; engaging in and/or managing alpha/beta testing for digital projects
1 ~! {" y: O! g4 o" {" b- Manage project administration, ) [' t0 L' v4 H- P- c& b
- Communicate changes in scope throughout project lifespan to stakeholders in a timely fashion8 P; I+ l3 v+ t( c* l8 k
- Provide clear instructions and feedback to counterparts in creative services, editorial, and technical teams1 l' ` b* d) R7 w7 e) V3 u# {( X
- Budget and scope new projects of varying size and scope; T# x4 T# J9 ]1 u# O# U
- Monitor scope and communicate changes to project stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track financially
- Y4 z& S! E! E' m- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues( U0 W _; g5 J- d- G/ x3 J
- Other duties as assigned
