My car was once hit by a car and my insurance company designated this body shop to repair my car.

First they did a poor job and when I picked up my car I found the problem they denied it, saying it was due to aging." J0 O; U& } v" V

Then my was taken to Honda dealer to verify. Since they have business ties, Honda dealer said the same thing.

Thanks that I had a friend who is a mechanic.... finally Honda dealer gave my insurance a report that they just couldn't rule out the cause and had my problem solved.
