! J( S) o$ R) X- Prepare charitable tax receipts for a large donor base* Q+ f4 U* }6 w1 ]
- Assist with review and processing of vendor invoices, and employee expense reports) O9 X* E5 b' n& B- `
- Ensure appropriate backups and approvals are in place in accordance with Plan International Canada procurement and travel policies
; p" P4 m. Q; u6 U: Q- Support Accounts Payable Specialist with weekly cheque runs, EFT and wire payments Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders $ F5 z5 a0 K" W3 k2 [/ c
- Coordinate invoicing information for Inter-company billing purposes to the finance team member responsible while ensuring that the information is complete and timely& Y% ^0 @: W( D! R
- Prepare balance sheet schedules for A/P accounts and reconcile to general ledger5 y0 Z0 p9 R& L: _! [
