6 V3 R7 E& \3 Z/ E9 }- Ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
3 ?- R& U; O) S; v9 l- Create test plans and ensure quality assurance (QA) procedures are implemented; engaging in and/or managing alpha/beta testing for digital projects
. p, m, ^! y* Z- Manage project administration,
- Communicate changes in scope throughout project lifespan to stakeholders in a timely fashion
- Provide clear instructions and feedback to counterparts in creative services, editorial, and technical teams
- Budget and scope new projects of varying size and scope
( G. B' @2 r! z6 ]- Monitor scope and communicate changes to project stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track financially
; T4 w3 x7 g( b2 c% r" g+ e- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Other duties as assigned
