- Create a legendary customer experience at every interaction and look for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience. S& V: p( U2 V* g
- Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary7 p8 Y1 C6 m- h8 U; P" Q+ p) ^4 A
- Actively participate in the performance management process
- ]: b7 g. P) f D; P+ r/ W1 h1 q- Engage customers in conversation to understand and meet their current and future financial needs by proactively providing them with advice and appropriate products and services
