• Operate within the framework of enterprise architecture and technology standards." U* A* v, p' [8 j; L. v7 Y- y
• Work with project teams to build and install infrastructure/application servers.+ |/ s( @3 w% | G
• Ensure systems are engineered to meet business service level expectations, as well as corporate I.S. standards7 Z0 R" d% q' k% g; ?+ @
• Installation of servers1 A2 l* u7 z4 [) p
• Day to day server administration, operation and maintenance (direction provided by Team Lead, Server Support)
; c/ J1 S: i# R$ L; x! m: u) K: ^' P• Provide ‘level 2’ service desk support for the server environment including evening and weekend pager support on a rotational basis.
" }6 [6 B: I2 F: M; z• Provide input and act as a resource for related technical infrastructure projects
/ e- j$ e3 N) Z w1 q7 I. E$ ~% B• Conduct problem management for technical problems and issues

Qualifications and Competencies:. L4 g( c: C1 M! s3 o
* s- H# J9 e/ S' B n• Minimum 5 years experience within IT environment# |8 _1 ^0 v3 r2 C, o
• Broad familiarity of Unix, Windows based server operating systems, Active Directory, networking, database, system management, etc.0 t, [8 f) l/ ?$ s) S7 j/ n
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery products$ \% s" r0 J0 Y; l
• Experience with desktop environments 4 L# L& H4 Y" U# |/ Q. l8 ?
• Familiarity with system management tools
# p8 b: F" }+ c+ B6 Q! Z2 [0 l* R• Familiarity of security management principles
4 H4 Z# f+ a8 l$ b6 W• Basic networking skills
& `# t. k! ^8 {• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
