The steps of Manager your BOWEL MOVEMENT(BM):' [5 }0 Y: b* N }/ c! h U& d

2. Drink well including plenty of fluids. i- M0 a1 n0 l/ O8 e0 s0 N9 Q
3. Exercise regularly - at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week- l. D% H$ R5 C2 N6 L+ |( g
4. Try to have flax seed oil in your diet and honey with your tea.... L5 E& v% J" x
5. Use toilet regularly such as in the morning after a plenty of drink and after meals - BM training6 G0 y# @2 Q9 Q' t4 j

If the steps do not work for you, and you do not have BMs for three to four days depending on individuals difference, you need to go see doctor without delay. |
