Badminton Club in London

Today, we met at our badminton for the 11th time. We had men and women, old and young, and we were all enjoying ourselves for the sports as well as for other added benefits, including chocolates that were distributed to the early birds. It was a lovely scene for our big family to gather there. Everyone there looked gorgeous in every way.

Although we had a pretty big group there, everyone had good chances to be in the court either to play single or double. It was entertaining to see both competitive games among top players and mild games among moms and kids. It was also joyful and relaxing for the players to engage in nice chats during the break. That is the beauty of a club like ours: this is a place for us not only to share our common interests in the badminton sports, but also to socialize and relax over the weekends.


I feel that since I joined the club last November, I have been becoming a stronger and a better player. And I love the sports even more!

I am so sorry to hear about that.

You could and can walk, so perhaps, you only got soft tissues injured and you will get fully recovered soon.

You may use warm water (not hot water) to soak the area for 10 to 15 minutes, several times a day, or you can put warm (not hot) towel on the top of the painful area for several times a day in order to get recover first.

Everyone had uncomfortable or bad experiences!

后退接球崴了脚,为了不把脚扭伤了就势坐在地上了。坐得比较结实所以尾骨有点痛。不过能走能跑就是发不了力了。歇上几天就好了
