Area Supervisor (London, ON)
8 `& L# F) R# ~0 }; Z l% g3 aThe Area Supervisor is responsible for managing assigned Sushi Bars in their assigned region which ; f+ w7 q( J5 c. B; ]0 ]& a) J. m* H
includes London and around areas. This includes developing, supervising, and : ~ Y9 ?# y& Y4 ]: y
coaching team members to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are + \4 i9 U0 ^- b# [

Responsibilities
2 ]! J: s/ Y0 _! [ h4 W4 c• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations of assigned locations
! H7 |4 l$ l1 P5 Z1 t4 y6 rincluding people management, food safety, guest services, sales and food quality' P: a9 u3 p4 R( D
• Accountable for recruiting, training, development and motivating hourly teammates.
' ~) }, H5 k- l0 N1 f; T• Daily store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure they are compliant with Bento regulatory . _) c- C8 ^/ Q/ X+ B( _: F( _
requirements including quality assurance and food safety, health and safety standards and ' p! k5 ?# k1 E$ S. U+ l$ i5 t
ensuring all required corrective action is taken promptly.* H* Q" j, _% W( E" ?/ A! E' E
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with store management and third-party
9 q. y+ i4 Q' J) ^3 tauditors.) H. V- y! `: [- J
• Execution of new store openings and implementing new product/program roll outs.+ @$ [1 _( @$ e) @: q- N, \
• Ensure that the labor and production plans are regularly amended to maximize profitability for
- J" @- a" } o" C% I ]each location through a combination of sales optimization and waste control.
8 z4 r. w: } D Z& e/ @• Ensure Daily Production Reports, payroll, checklists, and reports are completed accurately for

• Monthly inventory counts, Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits. A& |# z A- L7 K# w
• Additional duties as assigned.
) Y% ?) Y# P' M" m) H' p1 lQualifications
/ C P) B* R4 G9 T* r$ W• Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.0 @$ H6 O! O$ a5 e
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.+ m7 A% q- ^% y1 N- P4 C, [4 A2 F' f
• Ability to travel within an assigned region and with a flexible schedule to accommodate ! L2 [% F; I' V/ E! @# y; C4 q
operational needs.; G4 J! }2 E3 ~' X9 ?( a* C1 _
• Valid driver's license.; u$ U( q- |9 Q/ M
• Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
